is this what you call discipline?

wow. chairman k made an extremely applaudable speech today. so impressive that he's making a laughing stock of himself.

"in this school we are talking about sdsm. sdsm refers to self discipline and self motivation. what does it mean by self discipline? i dont want to see anyone altering the uniform, especially girls who like to roll up their sleeves.

i also dont like to see boys with long hair. just have a look at me and mr t. we have short hair and setting an example to the school. even though we dont expect you to cut the same hairstyle like us, but at least you all should have a decent haircut.i dont expect to see any gangs formed in this college. gangs refering to group of people having the same hair cut. now i see a new trend. guys dont look like guys and girls dont look like girls.

colleagues, you all have also failed to do your duties. just now i saw one guy who tucked out his shirt and walked past at least 5 to 6 teachers without being interrupted. what are you all doing? our college has 150 staffs and 1800 teachers and each staff has an average of about 13 students to take care of. if you cant take care of them, how is the college going to function well? students have no one to take care of except themselves. and please co-operate fellow colleagues. just catch students who dont obey the school rules and collect ez link from them... "

gangs of the same haircut: funny ar. like this tekong got one big gang leh. how you handle?
colleagues have failed their duties: they come here to teach and not for you to scold. they dont have the little red book.

and chairman k has always asked us to refer to the students handbook (aka the little red book) but where is the fucking book? online version is it? why dont just get fork out some of your money and give us for free?

and it's so ironic that he mentioned discipline = coming punctually for school, wear smart uniform and have decent haircut. he never mentioned about other stuff at all. i just saw a group of jc1 peeps in their school uniform smoking outside king albert park. they smoke as if like nobody's business and still dare to walk near the roads. wow. i really want to applaud chairman k for his teachings on "discipline"
